With over two decades in the industry, I’ve seen—and steered—brands from every angle: leading in-house creative teams, driving agency work, and partnering with everyone from C-suites and strategy firms to builders on the ground. My perspective is both creative and strategic, balancing bold ideas with business realities. From managing budgets and press runs to overseeing construction details and overnight production schedules, I’ve navigated just about every curve a project can throw—always with a laugh, a sense of curiosity, and a genuine love for the work. For more than a decade, I’ve guided yoga and Pilates practices where breath meets movement and stillness carries strength.
On the mat, I’ve seen how a well-sequenced flow can lift energy, create connection, and ground people in the present moment.
It’s not so different from branding work—both are about finding alignment, clearing distractions, and moving with intention. Like the hummingbird, there’s a rhythm to it: nimble shifts, focused energy, and joy in the smallest details.
